The management to this place is absolutely awful. This place is not safe. Packages get stolen, apartments get broken into, cars get broken into, maintenance does not communicate with residents and completely ignores jobs. Trust me dont move in - youre much better off anywhere else, the pretty exterior and cool units just masks how incompetent anyone involved with running this place is. At some point youre going to have to rely on them and you will be completely dissapointed and let down by them like myself and many residents have been. 100% the worst apartment complex Ive lived in solely because of management.

This apartment building would rather put your non emergency maintenance request at the bottom of the priority list. My bathroom sink has been clogged for a week with water still in the sink however the management team stated that its a non priority due to it not causing damage to the building. How ridiculous. My ONE and ONLY bathroom sink isnt a priority. Maintenance request was put in FIVE days ago and management was notified during a state mandates inspection of my apartment on 3/27.
