Unprofessional and unethical. Sigma Design was provided notes I received from the planning department on an ADU development. We were promised they can perform the work needed and get the drainage designs passed by the city. They took payment and later presented us with plans that incorrectly addressed 1 of the city's multiple requests. When asked about the other items, we were told it was out of their scope of work. The only piece of work I received from them was useless and is collecting dust in my cabinet. Absolutely terrible and frustrating experience overall. Don't take the job if you can't do the work.
