Kids and Teen Dental Place

I want to Doctor Ani and all the staff for giving us good service and understanding our concerns I want to take the receptionist a nice gentleman named Narek weve been coming here for a few months now since November for our daughter I appreciate everything you guys do highly recommended. I will come back again and sorry for the inconvenience. My daughter causes and the drama every time over there, but you guys are so good with kids. Thank you again

I have been brining my children to this place for 10+ years and even though the wait times always a problem the overall service was decent, especially because they pump through a high amount of patients through their doors. These past few visits, especially after this last one, left me no choice but to stop coming here. Upon check in person, a man with curly hair, never made eye contact with me. We checked in on the iPad and without anything more being said, hands me a card with a date and time. I asked him what the card was for and he said it was their next check up appointment. I asked him how do you even know if that date and time works for me? And what about my 3rd child who couldnt make it today? And seemingly a bit annoyed asked what day do you want? I left it as it was and he then verified and booked my 3rd child with the other two. We got into the exam room and they got started right away into the cleaning with the polishing tool thing. I was surprised they didnt scrape off plaque and do a thorough check the way my dentist does before the polishing machine, especially my child with braces. It was polish , X-rays, and do you want fluoride? I asked the chick doing the cleaning if she was going to scrape and she said she doesnt do that , only the doctor does. My mind was blown! How do you consider that a cleaning?!? And you know theyll charge my insurance for the cleaning so in order to get a proper cleaning Ill have to pay out of pocket! What made it worse is that I took the extra step of taking my child to the orthodontist before this appt to remove the wire so they could thoroughly clean his teeth and brackets! Im SO disappointed with what this place has become. Im beyond disappointed with the disregard of the check in person. They had a couple of fighters which I guess meant all hands on deck because once we were in the room everyone disappeared. Its understandable but that delayed my childrens cleaning and made me late because I STILL had to go BACK to the orthodontist AFTER the cleaning to get his monthly adjustment done. Im disappointed with the mediocre cleaning they received, especially with my son and his braces which at least would require the use of the water pick cleaner around and in between his brackets! We had our time and we DID have some good visits over the years, but I will NOT be taking my kids back here again. It feels like youre part of an assembly line and the cleaning, which my kids pointed out a few visits ago (I didnt believe it until I saw it), was NOT thorough.

Walked in on time and waited 10 minutes until anyone thought it was time I get acknowledged. The women in the front look like they never get up off that chair and talk to you with a rude, disgusting, passive aggressive attitude. One of them was calling me babe while helping me out and thats just extremely inappropriate, and qualifies as verbal sexual harassment. Poorly trained staff and I would not recommend this place to anybody. Im shocked at my experience.

First off they have a new address. Which wasnt given to us before our appointment. I had to call the day of because the address they gave me was not the correct address and it belongs to a new business. They sent according to them and when they read the number back to me it was an unknown number! When we arrived they dont honor the time they give you. ITS FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS, they give u a time and wait for hours. We waited for 2 hours to be seen. We were told 11am and someone with a 12 appointment was seen before us! Like really. Seems very disorganized here. If your appointment is at 11 come in at 7am to be seen on time

If I could give 0 starts I would! Ive been bringing my kids here for over 10 years, never had an issue with no one, my kids love it here, but since the management changed here its been a chaos. They booked my 4 kids at the same time and told me to let them wait in the waiting room. I came in with only 2 of my kids age 2 and 6. They told me I was only allowed to go inside with one kid at a time, I asked if I could bring in my 2 year old with me because he can not stay in the waiting room alone. They told me for the next time I should leave them home, mind you I dont have a babysitter to watch over them. Eventually I went inside with my 2 year old because my 6 year old was getting a filling done and he wanted me to be in the room with him and of course I couldnt leave my 2 year old alone in the waiting room. The girl from the front desk (unfortunately I cant remember her name) rushed in to the room and started yelling at me without any shame in raising her voice in front of the doctor and everyone. Even the doctor was surprised at her reaction and said she was going to report whatever happened. I asked to speak with the manager, the manager told me that its not her responsibility, she couldnt care less if I was not going to come back anymore and that theyre loosing 4 clients. I was so upset by all this that I canceled all the appointments and never went back again. We'll miss our favorite dentist, Dr. Armenian, but unfortunately the staff ruined it for us, after this experience I will never ever go back again and wont recommend anyone else to do so!
