Nadia and Nonna are a Dynamic Duo!!!! There's no other way to describe them. A thru Z is how this team operates. Nothing gets missed! I initially hired a listing agent for our 1 acre property who failed us in every way possible which then led to her termination and a beautiful partnership with these incredibly fierce and competent realtors. They're true talents at their Craft! They definitely do their due diligence and get things done efficiently. What ever assistance you need, they provide. When you call, they answer. I never felt rushed by them and always felt heard which in my opinion is of utmost importance in dealings of this magnitude. They came to my aid when I was shorthanded in moving some items and even helped work our Estate sale all with positive energy and a smile . Words cannot explain how wonderful this dream team is! Their hard work and dedication meant the world to us! This is not the first time we worked with them and it will definitely not be the last! We had a very unique and complicated transaction which involved going through a 1031 exchange company and they were helping us every step of the way. Nonna truly had to use her experience, knowledge and networking skills to make it happen!
