Ocean Spa

I am very disappointed with this place I always try to give them the benefit out the doubt but for the second time in a row now they have injured my back and never offer me any sort of compensation for the inconvenience. I usually get massages with the ladies but two times that I got a massage with a male they severely hurt my back and I asked several times to please go softer because they are hurting me and did not listen only to find out by the lady in the front that its because the men don't speak proper english and do not understand ! So shouldn't you ask the customer what they want and translate it because now im dealing with severe back pain when i originally went to feel better NOT WORSE !!!!?

Ive checked out several different massage places because of tension in my neck and shoulders. This place is the best. I ask for Peter or Jack and they know me because I go there weekly. They target the areas on my body where I am tense and at the end of it I feel amazing.

I don't know who the owner/manager of this place thinks she is. She wants to force customers to leave a "minimum" of $10 tip (25% of the cost) since when tip is mandatory and the owner dictates the amount?? She is rude, aggressive, and demanding. I can understand now why they changed the name of the place from Ocean Spa to Glendale Massage...to make reviews disappear and to jump the price from $25 to now $40.
