I took my car in for a scratch repair and within 2 days my car was ready. Fast and friendly service, my car looks brand new. Would recommend a 100%. Service: Body & Trim

I have been trying to call for the past couple of weeks but can't sit on hold for someone to pick up. Today I sat on hold for 10 minutes and someone finally picked up. The problem now was she said I could not schedule a time to come in for them to look at my car without the claim number. I told her I did not have it at this time. I told her I just need to get a time to come in so someone can look at my car. I told her if I didn't have a claim would you be able to schedule me and she said yes, but you have a claim and need that to schedule you. Does this make sense? Just to have someone look at my car? I then told her I can bring the insurance company info when I come as I have been having a hard time getting through and sitting on hold today for 10 minutes. I then asked for a supervisor. I sat on hold for another 5 minutes and then was disconnected. At this point horrible customer service and I am not happy. I do not recommend this company if this is the way they treat all their callers.
