Always a positive experience when I see Dr Kassar. Professional & Friendly with a wonderful helpful staff. She has been our family Dentist for years & even though we have moved, we still make the 4 hour drive to town for our 6 month visits. Highly recommend this Dentist.

I have been coming here for a few years and have always been treated with gentle kindness. Im very afraid of dentists and Dr Kassar understands that and gives me breaks, calms me down and keeps things pain free. The staff follow her lead and treat everyone with respect and kindness. They always remember my name and make me feel welcome. I will continue to come here. Very happy patient.

Unfortunately, I constantly feel as my time is wasted here as I never get advice on my dental health when needed. Came in at 2 PM WITH AN APPOINTMENT to get advice on a issue that has been happening and after waiting almost 1 full hour, I am seen. But my advice with the dentist last not only but 3 minutes. The advice was to go to the ENT. Really? No salt water? No any other advice? I understand she may have needed to see the issue area but I already told them the issue over the phone I wish someone would have advised me to visit the ENT then or if I was actually seen at 2PM or even 2:30! Waited almost an hour for advice and was told to go a doctor which will cost more money, more time, etc. I am a regular patient but this left me with a very poor perspective on this dental center. I can only hope they will change my perspective into a positive one the next time I decide to visit.
