Buyer Beware! Cart Service USA is unreliable. While polite and congenial in email and on telephone calls, their initiative and follow-through without extreme nudging is virtually non-existent. This is a factual account of my experience May 26 Cart Service USA, an advertised mobile cart service, was scheduled to determine why our golf cart would not charge, and fix it on site. Upon arrival, the repair person explained he did not have the diagnostic equipment with him and would have to take the golf cart back with him to diagnose the problem. He explained the $195 service fee would apply to the service rendered AND that he needed to take the charger with him. May 31 I had to call 2x to reach a live person, and then learned that the mobile technician had been terminated, and they didnt realize that my golf cart was waiting for the diagnostic test. From there, the service person explained that my golf cart will be priority scheduled for the diagnostic test the following day at 11 AM. I can expect an update that afternoon after with the outcome. June 2 No return call for the diagnostic results, so I called. Outcome: the diagnostic test never occurred. After an apology, they committed to another priority schedule for the diagnostic test for the following business day. June 8 I called to learn I needed all new batteries for our golf cart, and an estimate for replacement. I also asked for lithium battery estimate. Received an estimate with no lithium option. June 26 (2+ weeks later) Finally received the estimate for lithium batteries. June 28 They had my cart for a month, and it took only 2 days, upon completion, the invoice included the mobile service fee of $195. Our cart also was returned with new damage and no charger. July 6 After several phone calls, voicemails and an email, Daniel explained that he doesnt think they have it. However, after I INSISTED and then he agreed that he would look for it. July 7 Left a message, I received this email back: Good morning Jill, I apologize for the lack of a response regarding your charger. I notified my manager and my techs in the shop, and they are trying to track it down as we speak. July 10 Emailed asking for an update about our golf cart charger. July 11 Received this email back: My manager and technicians have been looking everywhere for your charger, and it has been tough because we do have a lot of chargers in our shop. If you could please help by giving me a description of the charger (color, size, distinct features, etc.) or if you had a picture of it that would help our team a lot. July 16 & 17 Daniel's email: I was told that there is a possibility that the charger may be with one of the technicians in their work vans that are currently out in the field. Once everyone is back in the office, we will take a look. I will update you towards the end of the day. July 18 I emailed Daniel to see if it was found and if they could prioritize sending it, as this was brought to your attention 3 weeks earlier. Daniels response, it will be mailed out today, and delivered by July 20th. To this, Eureka! They found it! July 29 I received an email saying, I have gotten word that your charger is back in our shop. We will have one of our guys bring it to you. August 2 Called and Max answered. He explained that he was looking at our charger right in front of him in their shop. I explained that he already told me this on July 29th. Max committed to dropping if off the next morning 10am on August 3. August 4 Called and Max explained he had not left the office yet. He arrive about 2 hrs. later. Nobody should have to beg for basic service that has been paid for. I insisted the owner call me. August 5 I called the owner who was profusely apologetic, explaining that he was not aware of these details and this timeline until I shared this written account. After a 45-minute great conversation, he humbly explained hed "make it right." It is August 23rd and Ive never received anything, including the $195 service fee waived.

Great selection of new carts. I went in looking for a used cart and left with a brand new cart! Amazing 0% interest financing with no money down made it possible to get a brand new 6 passenger cart for my family and me. Thank you Max for showing me all your options and making this purchase so enjoyable! I would definitely say if your looking for a cart, stop by and see what they have to offer. I'm sure you'll leave very satisfied

My cart stopped working and in calling other shops, they all wanted to pick up the cart and not perform the service onsite. These guys came out and repaired my vehicle at my home. The service depart was super nice and knowledgeable. Prices were fair too. I definitely will use them again.

FIRE EMS INC provides emergency paramedic services for the Los Angeles Zoo. We contacted Cart Service USA because our Star EV was out of service. I was told they will arrive on Friday, July 28th at 11:00 am but they did not show up. I called and was told they will arrive between 2:30 pm - 3:00 pm but once again they did not arrive. Our emergency Star EV is still out of service and they never called us to provide any updates.
