        Alex did a good job with maintenance on equipment and explaining the issues we have with the A/C unit. unit is very old and time to replace. old unit was not energy efficient. we called the office we got a quote, and happy to say we will be installing a new unit. Cypress has been servicing my unit for years.Alex is a good technician.
