I am not one to write any reviews but with this excetptional and unforgettable experience I thought it was a must. Frank Delgadillo and his team truly made a difference in our lives and we will forever be grateful. My husband and I were in the process of buying our very first home, and we were all so very excited! As we continued our journey and began researching and meeting a variety of mortgage lenders it was becoming a bit overwhelming and some people were making us feel like just a number but a colleague of my husband highly recommended Homebridge in Glendora so we thought why not give them a try. We made an appointment and It was THE BEST DECISION we ever made!! Frank Delgadillo instantly made us feel like family and not just a number. We were in his office for a few hours talking business and numbers, but what was truly important to Frank is that he genuinely wanted to get to know us, our love story, about our families etc.. Frank has been my go to for the last 10 years. He has been an incredible resource not only to my family, but friends as well. He is always straightforward and honest. You never feel pressured and he is honest in his evaluation of your property and and values. He personalizes your plan to fit your financial needs and shows you the pros and cons of multiple situations. You never feel like just a number with Frank, you feel like family. He stays in communication even after you refinance or buy or sell, this lets you know he genuinely cares about the work he has done for you. When it wasnt a smart financial decision for me to refinance at one point he was up front about it, he could have made $ just the same, but rather he put my financial health above his potential financial gain. Frank is a great person to work with if looking to purchase your first home. He is great at explaining complicated things in a very simple manner.
