The older lady came with a gentleman so their was two groomers who I thought would be able to handle the job. I have never had my dog bite anyone but today I could hear my dog was not having it and neither was the lady! I could hear her yelling at my do and sounded like she had no patience. I figured they would put a cone on her or take some kind of precautions but the lady didn't and completely botched the hair cut which she didn't finish the cut, she left her head and paws untouched and the body was botched, she didn't even give her a bath. Came out and gave me my dog and said I can't do anything more she bit me. She charged me $95 because my dog was difficult however she should have put a cone on her or stopped when she realized my dog was not having it. I'm not the kind of owner to tell them how to do their job so I didn't intervene but I should have. This lady put herself in harms way and charged me for it. Then she threatened to report me if I didn't show her the vaccination record for my dog because it bit her and she's diabetic! But then why didn't the other guy handle my dog Instead? I feel like I got scammed. I paid her but will never use them again. The lady was unprofessional, I could hear her talking about me and my dog in the truck, and threatening me after she put herself in harms way was the icing on the cake. My dog has been groomed before and never bit anyone.

Omg they were so professional and kind to my grandmother's old dog she has bad anxiety and also has arthritis but she loved every minute of her cut, trim, message and flee treatment. These ladies are my number one and only dog groomers for my grandmother's dogs from now on

We have been using Doggie Glam for a few years now. We haven’t had no problems and my dog always comes back looking nice and clean I highly recommend!!
