Ara and his mold remediation team were very informative, timely, and professional! I even asked him about certain items on the estimate and he explained thoroughly. He stopped by our house to diagnose the potential source of the mold before we even agreed to hire him, so I appreciate the extra mile he went.

We had a flood at our business in San Dimas recently from all the rain and the inside of our shop was filled with about 2 inches of water. I tried called several places to help and just got the runaround until I called PuroClean. Ara texted me right away and got there within a couple of hours. His team was able to get all the water out and we had dry floors and carpet within 24 hours to allow us to open for business the next day. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs remediation and restoration services.

Our HOA hired Ara and his team to do the interior repairs from a roof leak. From the start, Ara was friendly and knowledgeable. He and his team did great work from drying out the area to repairing it to its original condition. Ara was a great communicator and always texted me back quickly and answered my calls. We would work with them anytime!
