This place is wildly expensive vs what you could get online at Amazon or other places. Back in the day they at least had helpful people working there, when I went in a few weeks ago the guy couldn't be bothered. He clearly wanted to be anywhere but there.

I had some difficult pool problems with the water and piping. They spent a long time going over every issue and never tried to push any products on me. They were very knowledgeable and provided the information that I needed to solve those problems. Good people.

I dont know who needs to know this but Do Not purchase warranty required products from Leslies. I purchased a product 8 months ago trusting a big company and now the the product needs to be replaced Leslies no longer participates in warranty process, (I think they should cover those sales that they did before the change of their policy) they will tell you go directly to the manufacturer and in this case its Hayward but guess what they dont make it easy either. They will refer you to other authorized dealers( they really dont make money on this process, so they will take their sweet time) I had the same issue with the same item different time that I purchased from Discount Pool Mart in Granada Hill, they were 100% on top of it in getting it replaced asap. (Aqua Rite /turbo cell 940 salt cell is not a good product btw, it fails almost every year) The bottom line is save yourself from hassle I thought ok Hayward will just send me the item and Ill replace it myself but No, its a process, annoying one !!!!!
