Never made it into the door! Horrible customer service. I arrived early in order to fill out any documentation that may be required. The door was locked, candles were burning, and no one answered the phone. I found myself waiting outside with three other patients. One was a young child. We all waiting for 10-15 minuted just to get into the front door. Now if no one was inside, why were candles lit in a dental office? A real fire hazard! If someone was inside why not answer the phone or answer the knocks at the door. Poor customer service, and poor business practices.

Excellent Dental Office. They are always on-time, excellent, friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. They truly care about their patients.

We are a Navy family and have been seen at Dr. Her-Ellison's practice for the last two years while stationed in Lemoore. I have four kids and they always take everyone on the same day. It is so easy for me as a mom to get everyone seen at the same time and the staff is always so friendly with myself and the kids. I love the way the office is laid out, very open and welcoming. I've been to a few dentists while in the military and this practice is one of the best!

I was a long time patient, loyal even though I had always had issues with how this practice was run. My dental insurance expired last year and right before I desperately wanted to get one last cleaning in. None of the available appointments at her-Ellison worked for me so I had to go get my last cleaning at another office that was available at a more convenient time. It's been a year later, I wanted to go get a dental check up so I called the office to see what it would set me back now that I am not longer covered for dental on my insurance plan. They informed me that they will not make me an appointment because they discharged me as a patient when I went to another practice. I'm not sure if this is normal practice but to be honest it felt kind of petty. I'm not too disappointed to not be going back because I have always had issues with this establishment and the way they conduct business. But definitely just concreted a negative experience for me at her-Ellison's place of practice. I hope whoever finds this finds it helpful, thank you.
