Starfire Education

My older son started his Electrical Engineering class with Starfire at school before the pandemic. He enjoyed it very much. When the pandemic started, Starfire didnt stop. They mailed us all the electronic parts needed to continue the project. The teacher was very passionate and tried very hard to make the ZOOM class fun and exciting. And they finished the project successfully. During the last summer, he also took advanced Scratch class and really improved his coding skills. Then he also took Scratch animation. His teacher, Adrian, was a fantastic instructor. My son had so much fun to work on his projects. Since then, he became a real Scratcher. He keeps learning from online tutorials and makes many impressive Scratch programs.

It's been such a blessing to have Starfire during COVID! My 9 y.o. son have been taking classes with Starfire since the first grade at his school (he is now in third). He's done some math and multiple levels of Scratch repeatedly and keeps asking to sign him up for Advanced so that he can keep working with his teacher. His teacher is super nice, knows how to keeps kids engaged and very patient! (My kid could be rambunctious at times, and so he gets firmly redirected which is great.) The kids are working on projects and actual learning programming concepts. When the COVID hit, I even signed my older son (12 y.o.) for some Python since it was online anyway. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!

I am working with Starfire Education for over 2 years now and I love it. Great management. We, all the teachers, work together to design a curriculum that best suites the grade and the students level. We consider the pace of every student enrolled in the class. I am happy to work with all my colleagues who inspire and instill a love of learning.

Since spring 2020 my son enjoyed several classes from starfire education. He did several math, several coding, design thinking and a science class. And still today after a year of extra learning he wants me to sign him up for some upcoming classes. Yay, the kid has fun learning!
