After experiencing a bad service call for a furnace problem a day before by another company, I called Precision HVAC and Bobby was able to come by as his last appointment on Saturday. Most of the things that the previous company told me was confirmed by Bobby to be inaccurate. However, since my furnace was 25 years old, I didn't see the benefit of "putting a band aid" by starting to replace old part and waste money. I wanted to have the peace of mind of having a new furnace with warranty. I opted into buying a new furnace from Bobby and the Furnace was installed first thing on Monday morning. The install was fast and everything was insulated from top to bottom and looks much nicer than before. Bobby was prompt, nice, and professional. Much appreciated!

Bobby Jones was very responsive, effective and efficient. He Was willing to stop by late in the day to resolve our HVAC heating issue. Very polite and respectful.
