management is distant and uncommunicative. good luck getting in contact with anyone if you have a problem with your lease. it took multiple calls and emails over several months to resolve the issue. they promise to get back to you and then forget about you. they keep a full voice mail inbox, meaning you can't leave a message, so you better hope someone picks up! some tenants of the complex are also awful. when I lived there, there was loud bass boosted music every weekend, people fought in the apartments below me a few times a week, and people who let their misbehaved dogs off leash to run up to and bark at other tenants. also, despite the terms of the lease stating a ban on most large breed dogs, tenants often kept large dogs in those very small apartments, barking from the balconies in distress. if you don't mind loud stressful surroundings + lots of upset dogs you'll be fine here.

I shared a post about my experience and I just the reply from Aloha apartment. If you see what I wrote then youll see whoever replied to my complaint did not read what I said because they made the assumption that I was a tenant and to come by the office to talk about any management or maintenance issues. My issue is that I was trying to apply for a unit and I was told 2-3 different stories and once I spoke with the property manager she told me there was a waiting list that I wasnt aware of and she also told me there was a tenant who lived there already who wanted to transfer to the same unit because their rent would be cheaper. The property manager made it clear that the tenant would get the first option on the unit because they were currently already living at the apartment (so why you list an available unit and have a waiting list) This is the same property manager I spoke with a month before this unit became available about another unit I was interested in but the property manager told me she had just had someone who applied for it and she would keep me on a list for any other units that would be available. Well that never happened because a month later when I saw another unit was available I never received a phone call from the property manager I found it on my own. When I spoke to the property manager about how I spoke with other people about trying to apply for the unit shoe told me that one of the people were still in training and shouldnt have told me that they could put me on a list not knowing she (the property manager) was the one who told me she would call me if a unit were to become available.

Very unprosfessional!!! I saw on their website they had an apartment available so I went by to view it. When I got there I was told that unit wasnt not available (so why is it posted on the website) and wouldn't be for another 2 months. I told them I was very interested and was told that I would hear from someone in the next few days. I never heard from anyone so I decided to call them and when I did I spoke with the apartment manger who told me there was a waiting list of atleast 5 people and a tenant who was looking to transfer from their current unit to that unit because the rent was much cheaper. I explained to the property manger that I was never told about a waiting list. Also I remembered that same property manager not too long ago I had called about interest in another unti they had but was told someone had already applied for it and the property manager assured me that she would call me if another unit would be available around the same price but nobody ever called me especially with the newer unit that is coming up. The property manager said her staff is still going under training and that is why there is a lack of correct communication. I was told by one of the tennats that the property manager saves certain units for people that she knows. Super dissappointed!

This complex is nice inside & out. But the management doesnt monitor tenants who are disruptive and dustrutive, dog's run around without a leash and the parking is HORRIBLE!!! Look if these things don't bother you, so many people move in & out all the time!!
