Maintenance sucks. Parking system is trash and is like an organized crime these tow truck dirvers lurk and tow cars asap even as a resident. They should have lic plates included with parking permits. Rent is high af. Bathroom draining system is always clogged. Its just disappointing that we have to pay so much for less than mediocre service.

Do not plan to live here unless you either want your car broken into during broad daylight or your car stolen during the middle of the night parked in the "provided parking". This happens very often in these apartments, where there is supposedly armed security around the premises. Nothing wrong with the apartment itself or the manager, just the area itself sucks and not worth it.

Joana is extremely unprofessional and not personable. Originally we had an appointment the week prior and apparently their office has been closed so they cancelled, we rescheduled for a specific time the following week and when we showed up she literally said are you sure because my 11am just left? I had to show her the email chain that we had going back and forth. She proceeded to tour us but literally sped walk away from us didnt even say a word or anything. Opened the door and literally stood outside and not say a single word or tell us about the unit. We had to ask all of the questions and she seemed very bothered answering simple questions like sq ft pricing etc. like isnt this your job?she didnt even bother showing us around the community she literally said goodbye to us after we saw the unit. What a joke! Please reconsider your leasing agents or managers because with that unprofessionalism you wont get new residents.
