I really like the way yiu keep the grounds of the apartment uo. It is very nice and serene.

Brian Brown our apartment manager is Great. He has came and totally turned the apartments around and man it great experience to live there. I love that he is considerate of the our needs as tenets. He make sure any issues and/or concerns we have are addressed immediately; if they are in his control or fixable. I love that he communicates with us and lets us know any immediate concerns or issues that we need to address or take care of. I thank him so much for everything he does. Mr. Brown you are outstanding as a manager and I hope that you continue with us long term. Now that we have new management who was here before; Glad to see her back. The only things I wish were different is if we had outgoing mail slot like we use to have before and something to make sure packages dont get take if delivered while at work or wrong mail being placed in the incorrect box.

The apartments are okay. There is theft and car break ins within the gated parking lot. Management is not always helpful, it has been going on for years and not much has changed. If anything it has gotten worse.
The apartments are very small for the price. The majority of the apartments are 1-bedroom, around 450-480 square ft. The amenities the complex has to offer do not make up for the price. The laundry is unreliable, it takes 1.25 extra dollars just to dry your clothes, and even with a whole hour extra in the dryer they will come out damp. This happens every time, Ive been using the laundry here for over a year.
The best part of the complex is the pool, open in the summers. Also, the grounds caretaker who lives onsite is great! She really cares about her job and she keeps the grounds clean.
