I enjoy my apartment here but really enjoy the new manager they have hired , her name is obalin, she very professional and proficient in helping me with a problem tenant and I am happy to have her and look forward to more of her professionalism and customer service.

These people will put fake ads on Facebook market and will scam you out of money. Was told the application fee was refundable and I would be able to get it back if I decided to not want or look at the place. Wish I knew better. These people need to be reported. Shame on the manager Esmeralda. The apparent managers will use google phone numbers to contact you and will not pick up when you call. Everyone beware of even taking a look at this place.

Honestly the first year I lived here was great, the place is okay. However what killed it for me was management. Terrible. the manager is lazy and is always watching TV. Then she tried to get us kicked out, pretty racists considering most of us were people of color. Wouldn't answer calls even though she would be in her office clearly and she was so happy when we all left. Stay away! I mean far away. Their are so many better options:Cinnamon Apartments,Hayward Village,Creekwood Apartments.Anything but here!Have a good day!

Moved into a one bedroom in March on the top floor and I could not be happier. The neighbors are nice, the maintenance is quick, and the building is well taken care of. Many residents have been here over 10 years, which shows the consistency of a well maintained apartment complex with very few issues. The downtown Hayward location is ideal, especially for commuting to freeways and easy access to public transportation. I highly recommend it!

Looking for a place to rent and sent them an email because I could not reach them by phone and I saw the other review for this place saying how frustrating it was to go in person during business hours and no one was there.Anyways, I get an automated email sent to me because I listed I was interested in the property on Zillow that said there was availability on Zillow.The email tells me to check their actual website for availability so I do and everything checks out fine. I've been renting apartments for a long time one after another once my 12 month lease ends and If I know anything about renting it's that once someone places a holding deposit the listing for it disappears on the property's website if it has one. Like honestly, why can't you just answer my questions instead of lie to me so you can just dismiss my interest?If this is how they handle things before a lease agreement is even in the picture yet, I can only imagine how poorly they respond to your needs when you're trapped in a 12 month long lease. It is business after all, but it SHOULD be accompanied with legitimate customer service. Thanks for nothing Nadia you lazy representative. I had questions and you address them with one sentence that doesn't answer any of my questions in the event that something does become available.
