City Centre Apartments

Not a good place to live. No one is on-site to talk to. It took 4 months for maintenance to fix all my maintenance issues. The walk ways to the apartment is filthy. Very difficult to get in touch with anyone. Horrible place to live.

Most pathetic disgusting and scammer rental property. They are charging us money extra for no reason. They have charged 6 days utilities of $240 without any reason. The whole house was empty. They just want to loot our money!

Nice community nice manage property Management great amenities very comforting, beautiful floor plans the exterior outside looks great the landscaping looks great

Totally unprofessional. Dont waste your time visiting this community. We had an appointment to visit an apartment and drove 45 min to get there (Im also 6 months pregnant.) There was no one at the leasing office and no one answered to open the community gate for us. Current residents were kind enough to let us in and directed us to the unit we were supposed to visit. They even admitted that the community was confusing which impacts packages delivery. Im not sure why they thought self touring was a good idea in such context. We called again when no one opened the units door and a sales man told us that they reached out (past our visits time) to let us know that no visits were available that day. The best part was on our way back home when we received an email titled We hope you enjoyed your tour! Thanks for wasting our time and we certainly wont be moving to this community!

Very dishonest women. My nephew applied to these apartments once he started his new job, but hadnt turned in his i9 forms so he wasnt in the system at his job and hadnt met with hr yet. They go ahead and call hr assuming he was lying (seemed like it was due to him having colored skin) denied his application. He gave them my number to them since I was the one who referred my nephew for the job so they could reach the nurse hiring manager. They proceeded to call me saying they were from an apartment in Fremont asking if I was interested in a place and asking me personal questions. Proceeded to say my nephew was lying since I answered the phone but he gave them my number so I could give them the nurse hiring manager number, but never asked for the hiring manager number just lied saying who they were. They told him his holding deposit would be refunded to his bank within 5 business days, lied again said it was going to be sent mail to his old address which didnt make sense. They told him to wait 14 business days to receive the check. Its been 20 business days. I understand its only the holding deposit, but its the principle. From other reviews Ive read they still your money in a way way you can, their dishonest and from my own personal opinion racist. Its beyond me that this happened to my nephew whos such a hard worker and to be called a liar, have his money stolen, and being treated this way is beyond me. I hope these apartments gets new management since the woman here should not have jobs. Ill be helping my nephew file the small claims court paperwork and suing them for emotional distress and loss of wages these people have caused my nephew.
