Been living here for over a year. Since moving here Catherine (the manager) has been extremely helpful, from making time to answer any questions I have to helping me renew my lease with as little effort as possible. If youre looking for somewhere to call home I recommend you make your way over to Spring Ridge and speak with Catherine about whether you want a 1st floor or 2nd floor home, but hurry because these apartments are highly sought after.

Was rented a unit off false information, rental unit isnt up to code and they are not dog friendly as they claim to be, constant maintenance issues that are not met but expect top dollar, dont get a down stairs unit because you will feel like your upstairs neighbor is going to come through the floor, no padding and once again not up to code at all

Lived here for 3 years - safe place to live with your family. Friendly neighbors! Catherine (manager) and James (maintenance) always the kindest and best people. community looks simple but units are the best. Sad to go!! Thanks Springridge!
