Jem sent someone to replace the gasket on my dryer. He left a bunch of screws and pins in the machine. Then the gasket started to come apart after 6 months. They would not come and look at it without charging me full price. They suggested I was using the machine improperly. I won't go back to them.

Do not use this company! They charged me $500 for a 30 min visit to replace a door lock assembly on my Electrolux washer. The labor charge was $250 - so they are billing $500 per hour for labor! Service: Washing machine repair

Jem repair come to fix my washer machine even though wrong diagnostics+ wrong part + install you have to pay $407. Washer machine still NOT working. You do not get a refund for wrong diagnostic. If you let them they will charge you second diagnostic $407 or more $$$. Don't let them CON you. Service: Washing machine repair

Unprofessional, slow, fishy. They came to fix the same problem 3 times on warranty. Issue was the same, repair didnt last a week long. Third time, same guy, same issue: suddenly realized that there is a different part needs to be changed. Genius. They said we need to wait for the parts 5-10 business days. We are at business day 12 now. No parts, they dont pick up the phone, no updates.
