        EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! After a terrible experience with CAE Sound in San Mateo, I called Third Ear Sound in Hayward. They took me in immediately, fixed my piano in under 24 hours, worked with Yamaha, were polite and professional.

        Actually my initials of my real name are G.K. I brought my Yamaha PSR a5000 keyboard for a warranty repair, I was greeted by Steven and immediately told me that the joystick needs a calibration, which is not found in the user manual, but in the service manual. He was able to fix it within the hour. I just want to point out to Steve's professionalism and ethical honesty. Highly recommended. Thank you Steve for your honest service.

        My yamaha modx 8 was producing a lot of hissing sound one day and after some investigation I found this company. they fixed my modx8 in a week and the price is very reasonable. highly recommend!
