I hope this post not only increase Umesh business in abundance, but it encourages someone today to never give up and ask for what you need, because you never know what angels are there to help alleviate any burdens. Umesh was literally a God-send, he was so understanding and supportive in helping me find a reasonable solution for an ongoing problem with my car. Umesh and his team were very kind, able to assess the problem in record timing, and fix it with no problem. The best customer service I have ever received from a mechanic in the East Bay.
