        14 windows to serve customers and only 2 employees working them. They know when its busy, 12 on a Saturday, and everyone has to wait on them because they dont care about customers time.

        As big banks go, and for the services they do offer, they have been very good for me, and as far as I know, also for my clients. There are a few unusual bank services I have wanted that they do not offer in California. Also be careful, I've read about a recent scam affecting their ATM software involving glue in the slot; avoid the card "tap" feature when using the ATM, and just walk away if the slot is jammed.
