        Our family has been a part of the UCA Hayward community for over a decade now and both my children have demonstrated tremendous growth, both physically and in character thanks to their training with Mestre Recruta. Theres no other place I can think of where they have the opportunity to interact with such a beautifully diverse community learning an art form that through language, song and martial arts strengthens their bodies, minds and spirits. We are grateful our children have had capoeira in their lives!
