        Dont even bother with this place. Theyre very unprofessional. Their website shows that theyre open till 6 PM. We showed up at 5:10 PM and they said they were closed. The website isnt updated. They do not value their Customers time and need to start running this business as a business and not as a flea market. Update: It is Friday 12 PM. And I am here right now and it appears to be closed. See photos attached. I drive from Castro Valley to this place. This is my second time within the last week that Ive wasted more than 30 minutes.. Their hours are not correct. They operate this business as if its a flea market. If they continue doing this, theyre gonna go out of business quick.

        Just go with their basic wash, Dont go for $70 one. Point less. Just reached my home from the car wash, see the pictures. Responding to the owner: Im not talking about the scratches in the cupholder, Im showing how they didnt do a good job cleaning the interior. Didnt even vacuum properly. Second, I just wiped the Rim with my finger and was able to remove the mud and grime. Showing how badly they cleaned the rims.

      3/29/24Anita,Its pouring rain outside. We cannot operate our type of business in these types of conditions. I would never want to have our employees stand in the rain waiting for a handful of cars. We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.-Jonny__________Anita,I am very sorry about the inconvenience that this caused you. Our hours for this location was adjusted a while back, so its surprising that you saw 6pm. This location is 8am-6pm from Monday to Saturday, and Sunday from 8am-5pm. I will double check all of our socials to make sure it reflects that time, and if there is anyone that should be blamed for any mistakes, it would be myself.-Jonny

      Sid,Please return to the business so we can access how dirty it is. It seems like those rims are stained and the cupholder is scratched. Regardless, stop in and talk with us directly so we can take a look at everything. This is why we have a guarantee in place.-Jonny
