Raymond Young, CPA | An Accountancy Corporation

Raymond is an amazing CPA. I always struggle with doing my taxes but he made the process so much easier for me. Very professional and knows what he's doing. I got the most amount of money on my return since I started filing taxes. My experience overall was great and I will definitely use his services again!

Unfortunately, Raymond has become busy with corporate accounts and working with Aurora has been a nightmare. Aurora has no concept of customer service and is just rude at times. I had been coming here for over 10 years and had referred quite a few friends. I actually consider Raymond to be more of a friend than a business associate, but I won't be doing anymore business here because of Aurora.

Visited this office after being referred by a friend - huge mistake. Yea they're quick and easy, but god forbid you actually need their help. They had me pay my fees in total in their office, yet I received a letter from IRS saying I owe them almost $2K. My boyfriend - same. Mr. Young, even though he apologized, literally yelled at him over the phone. I have yet to receive my stimulus checks that they said I would, not are they even trying to help me in my situation after taking my money. All these reviews seem to be friends and family of the office. SCAM.
