        The WORST STARBUCKS LOCATION IN BAY AREA! The employees are even WORST ! They are rude I do not know how they running this place, they literally mess up on a simple order they never replace it for anything, the middle eastern employee they have has no respect and always messing orders up has no kind customer service she needs to be fired and all the new employees they all gonna make this place shut down only one that actually get my order right there its the white manager, they need to pay attention when they get training because none of them are trained right

        The worse Starbucks in Hayward. So unprofessional and very slow. The manager needs to go. Windows real dirty in drive thru. Terrible experience.
