        Employees are not even busy yet, no one acknowledged I was there. Two baristas were at the bar, one was chatting with the drink maker, while drinking her own drink. The app said my order was ready for pick-up, but I waited patiently for it.

        I've been to this location 3 times this month, and every time, my order was not correct. If you are missing ingredients that make the special coffee drinks, please let me know so I can order something else. If my order contains cookie crumbles,please give me what I ordered. At this point, it doesn't matter because I will never return. I only stopped here when I was shopping at Costco. My go-to spot is on Industrial, I'll have to stop there on my way home or before I get to Costco from now on.

        I realized they messed up my order after I already left, but the drink still tasted good. But, the staff was friendly and got people's orders out quick, so that's a plus
