Tim is such an awesome computer wiz!! He is very thorough with his work and gets the job done... I wouldn't want anyone else working on my computer but Tim!! I especially loved the fact that he offers remote support !! That option fit right into my busy schedule...

If you look under "Tech God" in the dictionary, there is a picture of Tim Tuck. He helped me out of a tech jam like no other - I had managed to lock myself out of my own website on Dreamweaver (I had changed some access codes in the inner properties level of DW), in addition to some other web design issues that he completely resolved... I didn't know how I would have been able to present my live website for my presentation if Tim had not come to my rescue. He did this over the weekend too, no less, when most other companies are unavailable. If you have a tech issue, big or small, Tim is your go to guy. No joke! Thanks again Tim, you rock.

Tim is our literal lifesaver.  We own a restaurant and he has always come to help us at a drop of a hat, staying until the wee hours of the morning so our POS system would work for the following day's lunch shift.  Whenever we have a problem, from a hard drive that has crashed, a fan that is not working, printer drivers that can't be found, to a basic Dreamweaver question, he has always come through with an answer and a solution.  We have worked with him for 5 years and we consider him our hero!!!

Is there a God for Computers? Tim Tuck fixed my laptop when no one else could, even the manufacture diagnosed it wrong. All my data was saved and it's still in use 2 years later. There is a GOD. Thank you!
