Horrible service for contractors who are there to pickup the materials. I had to do it 5x in a week and every single time I went there I had to wait at least one hour even if there was no clients at all. I just dont understand why it happens. I see lots of employees working there but no one can bring my products. If youre in a rush I dont recommend this place at all.

Horrible quality of Beton Grey porcelain paver, 80% defect rate. Purchased two batches with the same quality issue. Multiple attempts were made and hours and hours are wasted. No meaning responses were received. They are going to keep selling the chipped porcelain pavers. Avoid Beton Grey, otherwise you will become unfortunate.

This place is MASSIVE! But it is very clean and organized. The staff were amazing from the time I entered to when I was roaming around the place (authorized areas only) and somewhat lost to the time I wrapped up my visit! If you don't have a budget for your renovation, navigate directly to the Marble areas. They have amazing selections!

Here in Hayward I have had the opportunity to visit 3 places like this and clearly they are the most garbage places that I have been able to unload. I arrive with a load there and like 7 in the morning and I leave at 1 in the afternoon that's how they all are and in Orange where it is loaded That garbage load is worse. One day I arrived at 8 and left at 5 in the afternoon. They are terrible places and poorly paid. Those loads only have 6 poor runs from my colleagues. I'm jealous. I mean, if you take care of your health, don't go loading in those places there. It will give you diabetes I would rate these places as anything less than a 0, I would give them the lowest they can be

Visited MSI recently. Was assisted by Mariojoel Perez who patiently went through the various types of stone and materials to consider for our bathroom remodel. I felt that he gave my wife and I a thorough explanation and helped us narrow down our choices to what would best suit our needs. Thank you to Mariojoel for doing such a great job working with us. We will be deciding next week which material to use and will move forward. I highly recommend MSI and Mariojoel.
