        So this store looks like it's going to be gigantic. I've been to several of them in different locations and I absolutely love them it's a combination in between a hobby store and a Michaels and a hardware store and even an apartment store. They have a little bit of everything there. It's a lot of fun to shop for the whole family. Have a toy section A hobby section a craft section you name it it's really cool. And it looks like this one is going to be huge. One of the biggest ones I've been in. I can't wait for it to open. I talked to somebody that wanted to get a job there and they said that they weren't accepting applications until February so we're probably looking at second quarter before it opens of 2024. Looking forward to it.
