The folks working here are always professional, kind, and helpful. One told me he was about to leave for lunch when I asked for help, and he decided as soon as I told him what I needed--to change my password for online banking since I got a new phone recently--that he'd get lunch afterwards. With all the bank branches closing, I worried this location would close, too, and I rely on it to pay my rent with cashiers checks (only $5 each)--the employees assured me their location won't be closing, so if you're in the area, sign up for an account there!

The outside of this particular Patelco is always full of trash and debrie especially on the side of the credit union and on the weekends. The property owner needs to get rid of the unhoused and the shopping carts and the blankets and cars that park there but the people live across the street in the apts. You don't feel safe using the atm. The back of the building is also filled with trash and is very dirty! DO BETTER PROPERTY MANAGER!!
