********WORST FLORAL SHOP in Hayward. Caution ordering from these people. ********
If I could give zero, I would.
Called upon placing an online order for flowers to ensure everything was set, a week before target date/time. Hung up assured it was received an will be ready.
Called the day of delivery early in the day to ensure it was all set for delivery, was literally told "flowers are in hand" and delivery for this order is the next stop.
Target time/date came and went AND NO DELIVERY WAS EVER MADE.
Distance for delivery was literally two miles away.
Called to ask what happened and got the run around with apologies, excuses, call out with the staff blah blah blah. Asked to cancel the order and about my refund, and I got hung up on.
Called again, spoke with Helen, the owner, seemed clueless and with no idea of the orders she had in her que.
Was told I would be getting my refund the next business day. Still waiting.
Safe to say, I will never order from this shop again.

Nothing like the web picture, no arrangement at all!!!!! It is totally not worth the money! Omg!!! Im so disappointed. Its for my friends birthday I feel so bad.
