        If only there was a way to give 0 stars!!! A month ago they sold us a fridge that immediately started leaking. They gave me the number to manufacturer warranty but wanted to take zero responsibility. After weeks of waiting for repair person, Payless appliance repair man did not know what was the issue. Again, another week later GE sent their repair person who finally figured out that we were sold a fridge without drip pan. It will take weeks more to hopefully get this part and install it. GE said to call the store and request the fridge to be replaced due to missing part and fact that our hard wood floors were getting damaged. Yet again, they refused to be of any help. Never again will we get anything else from them and I hope you won't either!!! Worst experience ever!!!
