        The technicians name was John. He was polite, presented himself well and very professional. He fixed my garage door opener after about 10 minutes of fiddling. Im very satisfied with Johns work since the previous technician send by the Home Warranty company couldnt figure it out and completely misdiagnosed the problem. Telling me that the circuit board had failed due to a power failure so the replacement/repair was not covered. Obviously, John was a vastly superior technician to the first guy they sent. Thank you John. You were great.
