        TERRIBLE SERVICE. SUMBITTED RTA OVER ONE MONTH AGO. NO CONTACT, NO INSPECTION, NOTHING. SECTION 8 IS A WASTE OF TIME. BAD SERVICE. UNPROFESSIONAL. DOES NOT PERFORM WHAT THEY PROMISE. HOW CAN THEY EXPECT ANYONE TO JUMP THROUGH ALL THEIR HOOPS FOR THIS UNPROFESSIONAL AND SLOW DELAYED DIFFICULT TO CONTACT ANYONE AND HARD TO HOLD ANYBODY ACCOUNTABLE.

        I called during their business hours Friday, the answering machine tells me to call during business hours, scratching my head, our tax dollars at NO work.
