This agency was very helpful with my insurance questions and were very professional in guiding me correctly. I really recommend them. I talked with Sheryl. (Many reviews are for a different company, this is an insurance agency.)

If you want personal, outstanding isnurance coverage, speaking with actual people who care about your well being , answer the phone, always return calls and emails and know the insurance industry inside and out, Viking is the best!!! My parents started using Viking Insurance, an independant insurance 'mom and pop', company in the early 1970's and our family has been delighted with their amazing service for Auto, Home, and Umbrella. I started using them for Auto ins. when I learned to drive in in the mid-70's, and later for homeowners ins. Lou is personable, dilignet and knowledgable about all aspects of the insurance company and in my experience, is a trusted insurance agent and has become a trusted friend.
