        This agent, James Hawkins is VERY unprofessional. I highly recommend you using someone else. This man has no customer service experience and does not go above and beyond to help his customers. I called in to get information on my insurance and before I could even ask my second question, he hung up on me. Like I said, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. This man is rude!
