        They work with local technicians and you never know which one they will connect you with. They connected me with the worst one which I realized as soon as the technician was at my place. They don't give you quote beforehand even when you ask. Once the technician arrives at your place, it depends upon the technician how much they want to quote. I was quoted ridiculously just to unlock one lock. If you don't want to take their service, you will still be charged with service fee about which you were never told by the Keyme support when you called them initially. If possible, connect with your own local technician for the service you need.
