        Erica provides wonderful customer service. I called after San Leandro Kia closed regarding my vehicle being serviced there and she was able fill me in on the information I never received as well as connect me with the new technician assigned to my vehicle. Thanks Erica for making my experience!

        I went to a Kia dealership to get maintenance routine work done on my vehicle. So upon arrival they immediately showed me love. Welcomed me to get what I need taken care of. The young lady that helped me was Very knowledgeable about what was needed for my vehicle to be taken care of. I waited about maybe 25-30 minutes and then The associate came and let me know about quotes and things that needed to be taken care of on my vehicle. Other than that eveything was excellent. The only thing that I wish that they didn't have to leave from San Leandro and make their move to Hayward. But it's okay still they haven't missed the beat. Everybody there is still knowledgeable about what needs to be done on the vehicles. Other than that, two thumbs up for everybody that works there.

        I was in the market to buy a used Hyundai Palisade and saw they had one on sale through the CarFax website. I reached out to them directly to get the total cost of the car, plus any fees. Eric responded to me that same day with a quote. It didn't include any unnecessary items like GAP, service agreements or extended warranty. We decided to go in for a test drive and didn't feel any pressure whatsoever to buy the car. We went to another dealership the previous day and had such a different experience. At the other dealership, they refused to give us the total price, spent most of the time trash talking the Palisade, and were very pushy. Our experience with Eric was nothing like that. He was friendly, and very responsive to our questions. When we purchased the car, it was quick and straightforward. Ricardo was very friendly and didn't pressure us whatsoever to get the extended warranty. Overall, we were super happy with our car buying experience. If you hate pushy salesman and unnecessary things added to your car purchase, I recommend you come here.
