The past reviews are correct. I ordered a big screen TV from Newegg! They shipped the TV on Feb 15, 2022 it is now Feb 27, 2022 and I STILL DO NOT HAVE my TV! The sad thing is I live only 300 miles from where it was shipped from, I could have just drove there and got it. So it arrived at the sorting facility on Feb 25 at 5:08 AM, and it is STILL there! When I get a hold of customer service, they state it needs to be transported to the delivery station then they will call me to deliver it. This is SAD! I will never order anything big from NEWEGG again!

extremely poor service. Don't use this company. doesn't deliver product when  said would hard to get a hold of anyone.   worst ever experience. still don't have my tv. been a week since they have had my tv.  v higgins. NY

worst company ever!! they have been holding my item since last week and keep promising delivery! now say after the holidays!! piece of crap company! should be zero stars

This is the worst delivery service EVER! I wish I didn't have to give them a star. I ordered a super large TV from Sam's club and canceled my order after three weeks because of poor communication, and there was no update on when the order would arrive.   I ordered from Dick's, and they use this same company. I called AIT to see where my delivery was, and the company rep said he didn't, couldn't find out, and that a supervisor would call back 24 to 48 hours later. The phone was taken off the hook at the delivery terminal so no one could inquire about the order.  Before you purchase and big /heavy item, please be sure that the company DOESN'T use AIT! If so save yourself the aggravation and shop somewhere else.
