    This review is coming from a seller who sold a property and Nick Khelawan acted as the buyer's agent.  I could go on and on with this review, but overall from my opinion, this realtor does not have the best interest of his clients at heart.  We accepted an offer on our condo and started the process with a 14 day contingency plan, which ultimately meant the buyers had 14 days to remove all contingencies, including the financial contingency.  This agent had the buyers SWITCH LOAN COMPANIES in the middle of this 14 day period!!!  This starts the process over and there is no way an appraisal can be ordered and done that quickly.  He basically almost screwed his own clients out of THEIR OWN DEAL if us, the sellers, wouldn't have agreed to extend the time period in order for them to obtain the appraisal.  What a joke!  He was also working with a guy by the name of James Jin, at GMC Loan, who I will also be writing a review about next.  James wrote an email saying "the date HAS to be extended (ummm, we don't HAVE to extend any date as the seller) and a BS line about not being able to order loan docs without the appraisal (not true).  Both of these guys were extremely difficult to work with.  Nick would NEVER get back to my realtor in a reasonable amount of time.  The buyer even had to get involved and personally wrote an apology email to both my agent and a separate one to me once I reached out to him to find out what was going on.  Why are you are paying someone to represent you, if you are having to do the work yourself. I honestly felt bad for these folks, as they were first time home buyers. All in all, I wouldn't trust Nick to handle any of your real estate needs unless you want to do all of the leg work and have him advise you incorrectly.  I'm still baffled that he charged 2.5 percent to do.....I'm not sure what...and my realtor only charges 2% and worked so very hard to make sure he did everything in his power to represent us in the upmost professional way, kept us informed at all times and did his best to communicate with a realtor who was so difficult.
