I tried this nail shop for the first time solely on the reviews alone and left with the worse full set and pedicure experience of my life. The tech cut my toe so bad that it hurt for weeks! I won't share her name because I believe we all make mistakes. Luckily the next day a tech named Indra rescued my nails and did amazing. I called back maybe a few weeks later to book to learn that she no longer works there. :-(

I went there on Friday, March 15, and they cut my skin by Grit Nail File . I took my hand back right away, I come back here today try to ask what can I do,nobody say sorry(owner too) , they try to explain with their excuse, and blame to me :"maybe your hand dry,maybe blablabla" I don't need that , I need them say sorry. And I just get disappointed. I wait for my finger better to do the last review for this salon , of course I won't come here anymore. I just review for the next customer to know how they work. 1st, I gave tips much because they do my nail so nice, but it not that mean u can hurt my nail without sorry. 2nd, my ex-husband has a nail salon, not me . And he , who tell me don't make a big deal . 3rd, remember we are customers, I ask them about my fingers damaged, not that mean we need money from u ,we just need sorry. And until now , I can not get sorry from them. That's all . That is the photo of my nail today . It takes too long . And I can not go anywhere to do my nail , because I don't want to give them problems. For you guys it is not a big deal . But for me ( customers) ,not good.
