Worst place ever. This facility does not care! Nothing is clean, the staff have no heart or compassion for their job, they arent aware of their patients. Its ridiculous how unprofessional everything is. Had to have my family member moved immediately!! Do not recommend at all!

If I could give 0 stars I would. If your loved one ever has to come here, run the other way. Staff here does not care nor respect any of these patients. They take no accountability for any errors they make and try to hide things. My family member was only there for a day when we removed him from this terrible place. We are a very involved family so we were able to see something was wrong. I can't imagine the state others are in that don't have anyone to vouch for them.

This place is such a disappointment that I wish I could give ZERO stars. There is no respect at all. Nothing is done right. Staff isnt alert, no cleanliness, no safety. Do not trust this facility with your loved ones!

Gateway is a great place to bring your love one. They gave my father the best care before his passing. Kaiser sent him there and I was very happy with them.
