My mother was told if she missed another appointment they would not take her anymore, however, no one ever told her any cancellations would count against her. Also, she did not miss an appointment, she rescheduled in advanced.Also, one of her first times she went after she got a reminder for her appointment, and she was turned down and they told her she was not scheduled.At the elevators someone told them they should file a complaint as they are known for doing this kind of things, ps. The receptionists are not very friendly nor profesional...
