We contracted Star Rooter to replace our sewer lateral and fix some leaks. Fred explained the work his team would do in detail, gave us options, and even worked with us on the price to find something we could afford. He was able to get the relevant permits quickly, and his team worked efficiently to cause as little disruption as possible. We're definitely calling Fred again for our future plumbing needs.

Absolutely recommend! Weve had to call them on more than one occasion. Literally called with an emergency situation and they were at my home within 20mins. Each and every time its been a positive experience. Workers are very informative, helpful and courteous. Cant say enough about this company! Thank you Fred and Company.

they dumped their huge bag of trash in my trash can - filling it up to the top. These guys did work on a neighbors house and completely filled up my can. Super annoyed about this since i wasn't able to use half my bin after this.
These guys need to stop using other peoples trash for dumping their trash. why they can not afford this just blows my mind. Let me know if you guys need a video posted.

Came out to help my mom with a clogged drain. Turns out there was a cap, oops, but the gentleman was very gracious and helpful.
