        As a former tenant of West Properties for 5 years, I CANNOT say anything positive about them. Even the death of one family member(Keith West) did not wake them up! I truly resent every single day of our business relationship with them(Melissa Phillips & Scott West). They know nothing but U.S.D.!!! During the said tenancy they did NOT spend a dime on any repairs whatsoever!

        I have seen all kinds of landlords but nothing like these GERMS! Melissa Phillips-West and Scott West are the most classic examples of RUTHLESS, DISGUSTING BEASTS that I have ever encountered. You are warned not to do any business with them! Trust my you will save yourself much headache.
